England internationals Kane and Alli, both players of Tottenham, have been linked with Real Madrid for some time.
Club president Florentino Perez is also in talks with Manchester City over the possible signing of Raheem Sterling.
Under City coach, Pep Guardiola, Sterling has improved his game.
Real Madrid sees him as a possible replacement for Gareth Bale.
