Kylian Mbappe, Ousmane Dembele, Marcus Rashford and Christian Pulisic have been named among the 25 nominees for the 2017 Golden Boy award.
Last year, Manchester United’s Rashford finished runner-up to Renato Sanches, who is on loan at Swansea from Bayern Munich.
He faces competition from Mbappe, who helped Monaco to the Ligue 1 title and Champions League semi-finals, before making a switch to Paris Saint-Germain.

The award is handed out annually by Italian newspaper, Tuttosport, to Europe’s top footballer under the age of 21. The winner will be decided by a panel of 30 journalists.
