Apostle Suleman speaks on OAP’s videos and he said ‘He want to love Daddy Freeze’

Founder of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman has said controversial On-Air media personality, Daddy Freeze is not his enemy.

Suleman, speaking during Sunday sermon in his church, said contrary to reports, he had never watched Freeze’s videos because he wants to love him.

The cleric said he would hate Freeze and have his relationship with God thwarted if he watched his videos.

According to him, Freeze was still his brother, noting that “the enemies of the kingdom are those against the church, brothers can disagree on doctrines and still be brothers.

“I have never watched a video against Freeze because I still want to love him, when I meet him and not hate him.

“You do not conclude a story after hearing one version, we live in a generation where people take one part of a story and analyse it

“I was told freeze took up my video last Sunday and was analysing it. This is the first time I’m calling his name and there is no need to watch his video not because of arrogance but so that I would not have an impression bad about him.

“I want to see someone like him on the road and hug him and shake his hands.I would not watch his video because I still want to love him and if I do it would affect me and my relationship with God that’s why I don’t watch such video.

“Analysing me or what I said was very wrong because I have not watched him, Freeze has abused me severally but I thank him for calling me names, in the days of persecution they will call you names but when he goes through his own persecution I will stand by him.

“The enemies of the kingdom are those against the church, brothers can disagree on doctrines and still be brothers.”,

It is one of the fastest cars in the world today. Yet, what makes this car truly special is the diamond weave carbon fibre finish used on the bodywork. The Swedish name Trevita translates as ‘three whites’. Although the company planned to create three of these cars, because of the complexity of the diamond finish, they only made two.

10 Ways To Avoid Vaginal Infections

First of all, there are things that increase your chances of getting one, and they are: diabetes, a weak immune system, antibiotics, using birth control, douching or using perfumed vaginal products, pregnancy, and having multiple sexual partners.

Although it may not be possible to prevent these infections for all women, there are certain things you can do to lower your risk. They are:

1. Stay dry. Wear breathable underwear like those made of cotton as they will keep you dry. Also change out of wet clothes, a wet swimsuit after swimming, or gym clothes after working out.

2. Give your vagina room to breathe. Switch to looser-fitting underwear. Tight trousers and underwear will increase the amount of moisture around your private parts and that increases your chances of having an infection.

3. Don’t douche. “Feminine hygiene products” like douches and feminine wash can disrupt the balance of bacteria in your vagina by removing some of the good bacteria that is supposed to be there to fight off infections. Also avoid scented feminine products: bubble baths, tampons, pads, sprays, and soaps. Washing the pubic region regularly with clean water alone is enough to keep the vagina clean. Keep your vaginal area dry, especially after a shower.

4. Avoid using hot tubs or taking extra hot baths. That heat is not good for your vagina, especially when coupled with dampness.

5. Always wipe from front to back after using the bathroom. Wiping from back to front will mobilise bad bacteria from your anus to your vagina.

6. Change sanitary towels often. When on your period, be sure to change your tampons, pads, and panty liners often. Try not to use one for more than 8 hours.

7. Watch your blood sugar. If you have diabetes, be sure to keep an eye on your blood sugar levels and keep them under control.

8. Practise safe sex. Do not keep multiple sexual partners. Condoms do not only prevent pregnancy, they also prevent infections and reinfection. You never know how many sexual partners your sole lover has. If you are diagnosed with an infection, your sex partner should also be checked. He or she may have other sexually transmitted diseases and also may re-infect you if not treated.

9. Pregnant women should see their doctor immediately if they are experiencing symptoms.

10. Use antibiotics only when you have to. When being treated for an infection, make sure to take your drugs religiously and finish them, even if you feel better after a few days. Vaginal infections can come back and they could come back worse than before.

Ensure to see your doctor the moment you experience a change in vaginal discharge (quantity or odour), if you start to itch or feel any discomfort when you pee, or any other symptoms that are not normal. There is no need to panic. The earlier this is handled, the better.

10 Tips To Stay Healthy This Ramadan

When observing Ramadan, it is important, especially for busy professionals, to maintain healthy, nutritious eating habits. The ninth month in the Islamic calendar, Ramadan, is a month of fasting observed by Muslims.
Here are ten tips to help you stay fit and healthy during this holy month:

1. Don’t skip ‘sahur’
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. In the same way, the meal that is eaten before dawn, sahur, is essential during Ramadan. The meal fuels your body and helps your body stay hydrated until your next meal at ‘iftar’. It will also keep you from overeating when you break your fast at sunset.

2. Balanced meals only
Let your meal at sahur be well-balanced. It should contain complex, slow-releasing carbohydrates like oats, wheat or lentils that will give you a feeling of fullness for the rest of the day and keep your blood sugar steady. The meal should also be high in fibre (cereals, fruits and vegetables), and proteins (eggs, meat, yoghurt and cheese) to keep you hydrated and energised throughout the day.

3. Don’t overindulge
It is very tempting to overindulge in all the foods you may have been craving during the day, but it is important to break your fast slowly. Start with some water and a few dates, which are a good source of energy for the body and help secrete digestive enzymes in preparation for your main meal, which you can eat after waiting a while. Let your main meal contain a lot of vegetables, proteins and carbohydrates. Avoid fats and heavy oils. Make sure you eat your meal slowly to give your body time to digest the food.

4. Soups are good!
Thin soups should be a regular food on your iftar meals. They are easy to make, warm and soothing to the stomach. They are also a great source of fluids, vitamins and minerals. You can add colourful vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers and fresh herbs. Also, limit the amount of salt and oil you use to prepare them.

5. Stay hydrated
Drink a lot of fluids between the period of iftar and suhoor. This will help you stay hydrated during your fast. Although milk, soup and juices are sources of fluids, water is the best choice. Make sure to drink at least 8 cups of water every day and consume other drinks in moderation.

6. Avoid caffeinated drinks
Caffeine is a diuretic. What this means is that it stimulates faster loss of water and that leads to dehydration. Avoid caffeinated drinks like strong tea, cola or coffee, or drink them in moderation.

7. Cut down on processed, fatty and sugary foods
Heavily processed foods that contain refined carbohydrates like white flour and sugar are high in fat and low in nutrients. They should be avoided during Ramadan as your body needs all the nutrients it can possibly get.

8. Avoid deep frying
Try your best to avoid fried foods or those prepared with large quantities of oil. If you cannot avoid frying the food, you can reduce the quantity of oil used or use monosaturated fats like sunflower oil, canola oil and corn oil. We do not recommend olive oil for frying foods.

9. Avoid working out while fasting
It is best to leave your working out until after the fasting hours. This is to avoid dehydration. We suggest that you work out after iftar when you can rehydrate as often as possible and your energy levels are up. Before you begin your exercise session, give your body enough time (about two to three hours) to digest the food properly. Don’t forget to hydrate throughout your workout and drink a lot of water afterwards. Staying hydrated is important during exercise as water regulates the body temperature, lubricates the joints and transports nutrients throughout the body.

10. Consult your doctor if you have a physical condition
Before Ramadan, older Muslims, pregnant women, children, individuals taking medication and others with medical conditions should consult their doctors and adapt their fasting to the advice given.

Ramadan Kareem!
